Watch the precision of this Japanese craftsman as he makes these hand-painted pots

Japanese ceramic studio Kutani Choemon hand-paint beautiful patterns on pottery using a brown liquid called cobalt oxide.

Each pattern is painted with amazing precision using a thin paint brush.

When dried, the oxide forms into a blue pattern and the most elaborate pots sell for around £10,000.

You can follow Kutani Choemon on Facebook and Instagram.
